When a blocked drain is more complex than typical problems such as drains clogged with a build up of scale or fat, a cctv drain survey will help analyse and plan a solution. Our Colindale drain surveys will often find problems such as a collapsed drain or a wedged solid object.
With the exact position of the drainage problem our qualified and professional drain cleaners can solve the issue with little disturbance to your domestic or commercial property.
Jetting
When we cant solve a blocked drain using our rods, we have to resort to a pressure jetter. This takes a standard water supply and pressurises it to around 4000 Psi (Pounds per Square Inch). The resulting high-pressure water is then sprayed into the problem pipe. In most cases, this will dislodge the foreign body or blockage.
Our jetting carries no additional charge for use, and can be used multiple times on the same property. Additional drains on the property may incur a higher labour charge.
